maybe the error are in map.xml that stay in bunny folder..
i think that the maps.xml in bunny folder with

<MAP id="0" MapName ="Mansion" MapImageName= "map_Mansion.bmp" BannerName =...

create the folder "Maps" and create the folder with Maps name(ex: Mansion), with map.xml and spawn.xml
ex: C:\Bunny\Maps\Mansion\HERE XML FILES FROM MAP
