I think it's error in converting, use backup of world_targets.sev and if other teleports will work try add targets in sev themselves. And check this world_targets.sev...

And don't forget to discover teleport. You can discover this in quest. tasks.data > sTaskEdit > Rewards > First UNKNOWN > ID of your tag. And check your maps\world\world_targets.txt.

Linux is better, but Widows is very simple for noobs. For first time it will be better to use Windows.
