Never seen any errors so I have no idea but there is a file Client\config\stringtable.dat that looks like contains the error code messages and such (no error with 100 tho).

Navicat actually works with PosgreSQL and yes that is what I use :)

The account for postgres is spiritking yes. For game account either create new account or simply use existing account from the database.
