just copy the elements.data and the gshop.data from the server to your client and replace it in the client(winscp), then try again, and try a few times, sometimes the first and second login might not...

yeah i think they wont be there as there is only level 3 wings, there isnt level 4 wings on 331

no lycans can not open orbs as it was a bug when the official 331 version was released.

they only fixed it in patch 336 as you can see here http://fw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=424341

The problem i have is that the lycan race cant open any orbs from the boutique, seems it was also a bug in the release of this official update
