by using those no-ip.com you can host the website to...

please turn on the server by sequence :
1. accountserver.exe
2. groupserver.exe
3. gateserver.exe
4. gameserver.exe

or you can use many tools that can turn on server with correct sequence

you see my step no. 3? go to that website, it will tell you how to open the port

you can not use dynamic ip to host server non-hamachi, cause everytime you restart your modem (connection) it will give you new ip, so you need to reconfigure the server etc...
the solution only 2 :...

simple, just change the prerequisite, item need and character type on stealth skill in skillinfo.txt

1. make sure you got static ip from your internet service provider
2. check what's your broadcasting ip (use : whatismyipadress.com)
3. open port in your router (use guide : portforwarding.com)
4....

this is a 1.35 server files, so you need top/pko client v.1.35 also...
better looking for 1.38 server files, so you can use client v.1.38 with more feature...

when your ip in dynamic status, you can not host your server non-hamachi way.... better use hamachi or other PVN software such as teamviewer

try to replace your client bin files with your server bin files, especially iteminfo.bin

try to look in function.lua... after cha_timer

actually when u use mssql2000, it may work in windows7 if you read guide properly some where in here...
and, no offense... in TOP/PKO server dev, you don't need to set ODBC

you need to attach the accountserver.mdf properly... to put gm code you need to generate query analizer and put in GM coloumm 1 for normal GM and 99 for full access GM
