Everything seems to work fine up until I go to run ACC, I can even run all the others just fine but for some reason it keeps giving me the error "ERROR..PLEASE USE OTHER ACCSERVER".

Could be...

EDIT:SOLVED

Downgraded xampp even further, placed ntw dll in php,system32, and bin.
Used BLAHBLAHBLAH-PC\SQLEXPRESS in pkosites inc.config.php and took out the ()'s

Worked like a wet dream.....
