u go to server/gameserver/config/altsettings file there look for these lines:
# Allow use Event Manager for change occupation
# If you need change occupation only use quest then set this to False...

in 'heroes' table there are rows
'char_id' -> u put the id of the char u want to set hero (u can see it at characters table)
'Char_name' -> the name of the char
'class_id' -> the char class id...
