Maroki if you were to look at the files from the many different servers opened over the last few months, you will see the same bin files with barely any changes. A lot of the time all the servers do...

That can only be done by reverse engineering the mapserver. You can only change basic skill parameters in the bin files.
You can run it with that but it will be very slow when you have a client open, 4GB is recommended. Don't open the AI server and you'll be ok.
It needs a specific converter because it contains 32-bit floats.
