/level 0 jdoeboy

It would set that player to 0?
I dont have my server installed or I would just try. I am asking for a friend

How do I set the level of another player in Arcturus?
If I use the command:

/set lev 0

My level is reset. How do I reset another players level?

If I can log into a game online, and see my items refined, how would it differ offline? Are EFT files server sided? It makes no sence to me why I can't see my refined glow. Can anybody help?
