I think its Arcturus, look at the Error line and command: /MM, if im right OSiRose doesnt have that command.

what Purpleyouko says is true or you need to mod them so you make them glow from the .dds

we dont know what server files you are using...
but i think its in your client your Data.vfs
just download an other client maybe that helps ;)
