That's really strange, did you change anything recently? You could try to debug with breakpoints. Otherwise I have no clue what's going on there, sorry.
In case you're referring to the items being sold itself, that should be located in ShopObjectDB.
You should also take a look at function Lua_Hao_WorldBoss_Store() in 02624.lua.
