If you say you have added NPC. Just check with the original (PWI) npcgen.data / elements.data if the problem still persist. I suspect that you have added dds file instead of ecm as a NPC model

Nobody is ddosing you, most likely you just have corrupted your character database with some shitty ranking script.
Use dbtool to fix your database. Server must be off while you're doing it.
