I would want to replace the MISC part with something else and I'm guessing the notice/support is kind of client sided (maybe launcher downloads the text?)
Make sure your zoneid in auagent.conf is the same as the one in auth table. my zoneid in conf file was 3 so the GM stuff didn't work for me because this tutorial adds zone as 904
Doesn't happen to me, maybe you have to reinstall because you clicked the launcher first?
click the game.exe in the bin folder
