If you're dc on other server , mean your GMS v117 wz got problem error (maybe is not clean)
You need to re-download the v117

Hmm..When you clicked the npc , i have no respond right ?
It should get display error on channel.bat

Go to the mysql folder , and you will saw a files
open it on notepad and save as heliosms.sql
