Client problem. Maybe they have a different client without the golden fenrir skin. I don't think it's a bug on server files.
Umh...the windows might be fuked up. Same thing happened with me a long ago, it just wouldn't install, I formated and installed windows again..and it worked.
Try copying the WZ MD5 dll into the SQL folder like you're supposed to? =.=
