It looks like there are players online. Are you still having connections issues?

Question: Is your WAMP online when you launch your server?

Also, I'm not sure others would be able to join if you are using your own WAN IP.
Using Hamachi or VPS would let others connect.

I'm just wondering, is your WAMP server online when you start everything up?

I think in order for it to run, you need to have WAMP and Hamachi open.
If you can access your website using your Hamachi IP (while everything is up), then I'm sure the others should too.

Have you changed the Len file to your server IP address?
Or Hexedited your client? (Whichever version you are using)

Check the .keystore files in notepad++ (eg: channel.keystore). What does it say?

You need to check if your server is Win8 compatible.

When you use your Hamachi IP address for ServerConstants, WorldGMS, Channel and Len.ini, it still doesn't work?
Is your WAMP + Hamachi online when you start up your server?
