Hello match server have nothing to do with this, you need to use and 08 matchagent config, replace ur Matchagent config with this

You can make any items for gm, just edit delay and dmg, copy id and remove it from shop.xml then go back to zitem.xml search for the code and make in the last " iscashitem= true" without the ".
