I think it's a good project, although I'm not too fond of storing HTML, CSS, JS in an SQL database.
I get how it updates itself, but it only updates the front-end which (I imagine) might create...

I just think that there hasn't been any progress as far CMS' go in some time now.
RevCMS is almost 2 years old now ( I think? ) and if I were to make a hotel I'd use it ( If I couldn't create one...

Can't implement the MVC pattern without a model. The M means Model.
It doesn't look bad, but if anything I'd advice you to try to do something completely different from what everyone else is...
