Like kingston said, Download it manually.

No msg = Somthing wrong inside lets see, strings.xml
Filelist = Update filelist.

Make sure in his client is your wan ip, And in your database it is your wan ip, And in your matchserver config your wan ip.

Try taking down your firewall, and see if that helps. Also, you may want too make sure in his client its not your local ip.

Okay, Download the admincp, and make sure your item id's are below 500,000.
That may also be the problem.
