Tartarus is 17XX but modified, and since at that time our content beated all those other P servers, we decided to put version number a bit higher (works well marketing wise).

Don't know if it's official, cause they send an e-mail to me but the odd part is that I've used different e-mails for official/private, and it was directed to the e-mail I assigned to private...

it fails basically due the reason of having such a low exp. People already get pissed off leveling at fusion, and this rate is even lower so fail
