IM using heros rev 191 atm i used it b4 this rev and still had the problem.
here it is i dont know if it counts as lag but here is what happends the character frezes and everyhting else keeps moving...
for somereson when i turned on the geodata there was lag.. well not realy lag just the players freeze but everythign else moves normaly.

sence almost all games are the same and on many servers you will probably find some one who speeks the same lang and they will help...

i had that problem in the past when i hosted a server and what i did was reinstall the server pack. but there might be other ways use search.
