port80 might be being used by another application such as skype.. check what apps you are running and what ports they use Skype and TeamViewer are the mains ones

Go to monster.txt find what monster you want it to drop from.. see the level of the monster and make it the same as feather. So feather = drop from level....150 so the same as your selected monster...

Sounds like you have wrong ip.
Because your server pc is connecting to the server from lan it should work anyway you configure it..
where-as the remote computer will need to connect with wan ip...

just leave it no need to edit it
