You can use xml2txl converter. It will convert xml only, not xls.

Open the converter, look at the button "Message". Click then choose file htsmessage.xml. Done.

Its Tantraparam error on item tab, you have to change it with ms excel in xml. I dont know how to fix that item. Maybe you should not use that item.

Than you edit htsmessage.txl, you better make new one. Search for htsmessage.xml or htsmessage.xls and the converter. Edit by using ms excel. Its easy. Search in tantra release.
