For the Character Status i think you can adjust it on Gui folder in Data folder > Gui folder. Just give it a try i just don't remember what files i just modified that day.

No problem, even you already have a glogicserver folder or glogicserver.exe on your server side, you still need to configure every guildXX.bin.

For your 1st Question: Put it on your Serverside Folder > Data Folder > GlogicServer Folder.
