Problem fixed,it was firewall.

Cant join channel even magickey and ver same,my ports are open, firewalls off cant join channel

i guess i get error logs when i do cabal_stop or reboot server because it connects db succefully but after it lost connection to database
what should i do in client ?

can you post logs ? /var/log/cabal if you create this folder, logs will come if you reboot your server

Bischke go tools>options>designers>table and database designers> off the tick on "prevent saving changes that require......."

I restored db files and fixex on db as you said, in loginsvr.ini file these are same as on db
client_version=369
NormalClientMagicKey=543957823
