found it nvm :D

go to http://rom-de-patch.runewaker.com/patch/

and create a txt file by yourself where you edit it until your version
for example until 6.0.7

and place the .txt filepath into the update.ini

At first configure your runedev.ini


[Server]
IP=your server IP here (for example 127.0.0.1)
Port=21002
RunewakerInsideTestServer=1
DisplayMaintainMode=1

Did you set the runedev.ini right? try reading other threads with similar problems and ask there ;)

First of all you need to get your server run properly (means get the lights to green ;) ).. and after you've done that try and open Port 80 TCP, that helped me..

also check that your router has...
