Yeah I fixed it, just changed the table name from temp_data to drop_data

I am using v 83 and my OS is Windows 7.

I have used 3 different localhosts and nothing. No my Ip doesnt show up in the bat file. In task manager it sits there for a minute then closes.

Yes I changed my IP to my VPS IP. When I launch the exe, it does nothing. Not even say something about being offline or the firewall.
