It's set in your video options somewhere or hell just window lineage2, make the task bar auto hide then BAM! When you hit the win key it'll show you the taskbar!

Go over the help guide and install again, you got something broken However second screenshot is easy it cannot make it's cache files. Make sure theirs write access where l2j is ^^

There is a patch on the l2j forums to allow for customized titles (and even to make custom npc's ^^) on the server side end.

It also was just committed this morning to the svn.

The more npc's in an area the more lag it creates on the server AND on the client side as it has to deal with the multiple spawn points.
