The problem was same the ip setting in tables 'serverstatus' and 'world' in ffaccount and ffdb1. I also changed the ip of my VM to 192.168.0.X, must have...

So, the connect.ini is with the IP right yes. 192.168.1.99 is the IP of my VM, I can only do the login, when I put that IP in connect.ini.
