I think that RewardCharacterStateFlags 4 1 in 2523 of C_mission.ini is the switch of high level after 99.
As RewardCharacterStateFlags 1 1 is CardBattle in 2235 of C_mission.ini....
40001 and 40002 in C/S_title.ini.
140001 in C/S_dialogue.ini. 20 is the score of this collect.
