I have exactly the same problem! I can spawn all object, except the houses.. I could spawn houses in the old repacks and server from 1.12 but not in our version of 2.1.0 and 2.0.12 ...

For new MANGoS server, you forgot to add:
.flymode on/off

So if i am right, ur trying to connect with other computers in your network, to connect to a servercomputer in the network? then u have to use a LAN IP.
