Create a new account in Navicat or SQLyog or change the password for root. NCDB doesnt' allow you to. It's very insecure if you don't have a MySQL password.

Look at your realms.conf file for any spaces or typos.
If you can't find anything, re-extract the realms.conf file from the zip and re-configure everything.

Here's a temporary solution:
Make sure that your computer is the only one that's on in your network.
Boot your comp in safe mode, then run the server.
Therefore, only essential windows components...

To spawn a portal it's .go spawn <ID> 1 (the 1 makes it permanent)

Change the intervals in ascent.conf

If you're still using that ascent core, I highly recommend upgrading.
