They don't lag your server, tho there is a bug in ascent where any flying mount freezes your game.

Make sure your character/account sql structure is up to date else ascent won't load it.

Ascent requires more editing to be done for such a thing to work (there are a few more checks in various other files) I'd actually like to know how you managed to make this work doing nothing more...
