Means you missed some files in your pk2,
check your particles and data.pk2.

If you get this error instantly when you use the skill its your skilleffect, and if it starts the skill but does not go into the angel spirit mode its charactervisualchange.

Check your SkillEffect and CharacterVisualchange.

That is cause you have to add it to your database, also you need to restart your server once you did that.

The IDs in the text files have to be the same as in the database.

Correct, but the stats are the only problem you cannot move over them, you have to add them in 3 tables, same for the pk2.

Fix your billing server.

Its pretty easy, set the HP & MP percentage, its in a text file in the pk2, and in the db with the same name

Check your pk2 files, you have to add the hp and mp percentage.

Add a space in the name

Download ksro, extract the whole data.pk2 and move the folder into your server files, then try again ;)
