Search:

You forgot to add query to the Sk_gamebang_ip in your SRO_VT_ACCOUNT.

Go to your database, click on your SRO_VT_ACCOUNT --> dbo.SK_gamebang_ip and execute this query:

SET ANSI_NULLS ON
GO
...

Right click on those red dots and click Start service and set kit to operating :)
