can anyone help me with having a friend connect to my server? when he puts my ip in his service.ini file in this client folder it just says the file is corrupted. thanks!

When my friends try to connect to my server it just says fail to connect but when i do so on my computer it works just fine. Their client is set up to connect to my ip but can't connect to me
I did everything but what do i put in my service.ini file on the client side for my friends to connect to me? whenever i put my ip address there it just says the file is corrupted
when i try to change service.ini to my wan ip to connect to the server, i can't connect. but if i set everything to local then i can connect.
My ranking system isnt updating (income, fishing, trade etc). Anybody know a solution? Is there aw way to set the time on when the ranking system updates? thank you!
