the problems might be your skilleffect.txt, check it if everything is fine.
also check your db if you have the right skills added for these uniques.

Find the Item in Refobjcommon and the Link of it will be the Refobjitem id there you have to edit the right param..

if you did it exactly like this you're maybe missing the skilleffect.txt-line for this

if you're using comboattacks like Sword Dance you need to to enter the right basic_chaincode otherwise you won't be able to make any dmg with the second hit.. basicly you just need to enter the id of...

You have to change it in your media. server_dep > silkroad > textdata > textuisystem.txt first line.. just put another fontname there.

You have to add the skill in your _Refskill(or just take the old one) and also have to assign it in _RefSkillByItemOptLevel
Those hints should be enough, figure out the rest on your own ;)

you need to add the right skills, to your skilleffect.txt also otherwise you wont be able to see it.

Set CanTrade and CanSell to 1 on your DB and also in your itemdata and you will be fine..
