Like the newer one, it's very different.
But the Start, options etc. buttons need to be more prominent since they are a major part of the patcher. But that's just my opinion, otherwise it's...

I installed MSSQL in anticipation of starting a new server. I then went off the idea, and deleted the files. But only the files, and I didnt not completely uninstall it.
So now I am again...

I got an error while setting up MSSQL.
I did install it before this; and I thought I deleted everything...I might not of. I dun know, I deleted Native Client, Support Files, and I deleted the actual...
