All of a sudden my RC Server service stopped running and i cant start it in my services. I get a message saying it started and stopped. What could be the problem?

Ive done all of this but my RCServer service is still not running...my client one runs just fine. I dont know what the problem is...it keeps telling me it started then stopped. Please help

I cant launch any of the season 3 raids except for Regina. I always get errors, is there a way to fix this?
