Open the port you need, usually 6000/8900/7700 or something, give them your IP or the config.xml, tell them to drag it to the c:\Program Files\xxx\Gunz

or wherever they installed it -,-

You used localhost, whilst others used your ip. Did it work?

So.. I use localhost for MY computer, but give everyone else the config.xml with my IP in? So I don't usethe Ip, but localhost?

I attempted to register, comes up with same error that I get using that website, it doesn't work. Idk how to make it work :p

Yeah, I've allowed ports, 6000, on Windows Firewall, the router, etc. And locator.ini is set to port 6000, the config.xml is also.
Does it have to be UDP or TCP on the router/windows firewall?

I've set up my own Gunz server, I tested it with localhost (127.0.0.1), and now I've changed the IP in config.xml to my own IP, and the IP in Lcator.ini. I've restarted Matchserver.exe, and now it...

Go to Start > Control panel > Windows Firewall > Exceptions > Add port > Port name:Gunz > Port:#
