try uninstalling the service using these bat. just create new .txt file in your "server" folder (c:\MabinogiHeroes\server\) and rename it to uninstall.bat then copy this:
UninstallService.bat

you should not have "zh-tw-x-gm/bin" folder in your web server thats only for endpoint.txt and cashshop server. game server doesnt use that folder thats why it is not working. Read the setup guide...

but i didnt use any loader just the vindictus.exe started from bat... thats the weird thing maybe some entry in db leads to nm service i have no clue u.u

i have no clue but after editing lot of stuff in the server db the nmserver would stop working and i didnt need it runing to conect to my server, but as i said it was unplayable after talking to npc...
