ALL PLAYERONLY STUFF HAS BEEN REMOVED TWICE AND CHECKED TWICE THERE IS NOTHIGN LEFT IN THE WARZ FOLDER WITH PLAYERONLY. which means there is more to it :)

Even after removing the playeronly crap the cars still get stuck. So iam thinking you left something out...
The error is in the permissions in the database check to make sure its all set to sys admin and all that good stuff
did you add into your project and also to ammo.xml etc....

yes after you recompile the client and server then do a rsbuild and then run server
To fix this you need to replace both Apex and Physx folders in C:\WarZ\src\External And then rebuild both client and server and do rsbuild
