Issue Resolved For Clan Storage.
I changed the PORT in Mainserver -> SvrInfo.ini file and folder 9990 ini file to connect the ODBC Port - It was clashing through my wamp server port.

Check SQL injection through website and change DB pass , because you can not use codes unless there is GM account.
