This is all true,, after WarOnline had problems with there server was being attacked, i said waronline that i knew a person who can help him... it was zeyden... I know what kind of files zeyden...

Aha, now I know how i get the change character add movespeed

its like you said, with the . (dot) of numpad, but if u use the "+" and "-" of the numpad, u can set add speed from 1 ~ 150

it does say pre_db_server_IP for a reason

else it maybe would say something like pre_db_server_path or something
