delete questmatching and set quest nations=8 and just nation choose mission's nation = 1 on quest.tex

this website for 3.5 and you are using 4.4, and 4.4 database have some different,...

update td_account set totalplaytime=0 and use these codes on sql server

i start server nicely and someone login from outside with admintool because log write this way, and click servermanagement button on admintool and set totalusercount=0 createaccountfornewaccount=true...
