i played any nest and all of them unaple to start if i play from portal. but if i teleport in, i can play just some of it. how can i fix this ?? is it cuz of my translate ?

hi Deployed server in VPS, game Client can login and choose character but cannot enter city after choosing channel please help, it stuck on loading screen to saint haven if I run the VM in local VMWARE it working fine, I open all port in google cloud firewall as well
