loading stuck

Hello everyone! I'm looking for help about one annoying bug. On absolute random princip sometime when client select character to enter the world, stuck at the loading(web zen logo) screen, but actual is in the game and can type, move, click ESC->..(all option) but the interface stuck at loading...
