passivity

I know there is a document/website talking about the Abnormality type IDs here: You must be registered for see element. I was wondering if there is anything similar for Passivities, if we wanted to create/amend our own?

Hey there, I have another question about missing data in datacenter. The StrSheet_Passivity-00002.xml of datacenter has i.e. id="5150067", but none of the Passivity*.xml of client or server has data of the corresponding id. I guess it is in a certain version of datacenter after rogash patch...
