    How to edit Skill.wz in KMS391

    Hi guy, im trying to edit skill.wz in KMS391 but nothing change in game after i move the edited file to the game directory except skill cooltime(skill range, mp cost, attack count won't change). Is that mean the other property of skill is server side?
