trying to make the server run but no luck so far,the dbs are connected but cannot make the launcher read the services

edit:fixed but now gameserver crashes

edit:fixed changed windows locale to chinese
now the launcher doesnt connect :3 loads client to 35% then crashes



edit 4:i will try to put ALL inside a chinese windows xp vm i have and run the client within the vm
if it works i will try to share here

IT NEEDS A COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS XP/7 powershell 2.0,all vc redist,sql server r2 2008 and NEEDS TO BE CHINESE
all chinese,so its impossible for me to configure it
